Terms of Service
Last updated: July 25, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nyvor (“Nyvor”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Nyvor.
2. What Nyvor is
Nyvor is an engineering platform that reads a source repository you point it at, builds an understanding of your software (its architecture, services, database and dependencies), and — with your approval — provisions infrastructure, deploys your application, and migrates your data onto infrastructure you own and control. Nyvor is a tool that automates and orchestrates these steps; you remain responsible for your software and how it is operated.
3. Your account
You sign in with a third-party identity provider (currently GitHub). You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Nyvor.
4. Your infrastructure, code, and data
- You own everything. Nyvor deploys to servers and databases you own (e.g. Hetzner, Coolify, Neon). We host nothing on your behalf and claim no ownership of your code, data, or infrastructure.
- We read to understand. You grant Nyvor permission to read the repositories and connect to the services you explicitly provide, solely to analyze, deploy, and operate your software as you request.
- Your responsibility. You are responsible for having the rights to the code and data you connect, and for complying with the terms of any third-party service (GitHub, your cloud provider, your database provider).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Nyvor to:
- deploy or operate unlawful, infringing, or malicious software;
- access infrastructure or repositories you are not authorized to use;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its rate limits.
6. Third-party services
Nyvor integrates with third-party services you choose (such as GitHub, Hetzner, Coolify, and Neon). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and Nyvor is not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions.
7. Fees
Nyvor may offer free and paid tiers. Any costs charged by your infrastructure or database providers are billed by them directly to you — Nyvor does not resell hosting.
8. Disclaimers
Nyvor is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Nyvor's analysis and recommendations are provided to assist your engineering decisions and do not guarantee any particular outcome; you should review them before acting.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyvor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using Nyvor at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Because your applications run on infrastructure you own, they continue to run independently of Nyvor.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
